Month 1

Spray and inhale 1-2 puffs per nostril in the morning or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Take one capsule of NAD+/ NMN with water.

Take one capsule of Epitalon Micro with water.

Month 2
Cease program for one whole month OR Take one capsule of NAD+ NMN Supplement every morning with water (supplement sold separately).

Continue rotating alternate months. The Medical Team advises to complete the two month cycle three times for optimal results.
