Semaglutide is made from a chain of 31 linear amino acids and belongs to a class of medications known as ‘Glucagon-like Peptide-1’ (GLP-1). It works by mimicking the effects of the GLP-1 hormone which is naturally produced in our intestines after a meal to regulate digestion and blood sugar levels.

L-Carnitine is a naturally occurring amino acid that plays a role in the production of energy. Its key role is to transport fatty acids into the mitochondria which then processes these fatty acids to create energy.

Our Pharmacists and Medical Team have combined these two core ingredients to create a compounded version of Semaglutide containing L-Carnitine. 

After you eat a meal, Semaglutide/L-Carnitine lowers your blood sugar levels by mimicking the gut hormone (GLP-1), causing the pancreas to release insulin and block the liver from producing sugar. Additionally, it slows down how quickly food leaves the stomach which can assist in feeling fuller for longer. 

This combined with consistent healthy eating and regular movement has the potential to see significant weight loss.

Used needles are a biological hazard and need to be disposed of safely. Please use an official sharps container or sealed hard plastic container to store your used needles. When full you can then dispose of the container at an approved location such as select pharmacies or hospitals. You must not put loose needles in your regular rubbish bin.
