What is the returns policy?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. Our products are compounded to order and prescribed to the account holder. These products cannot be returned to the pharmacy or re-prescribed to another patient. If you have any concerns or if the internal packaging is damaged upon delivery, please contact our Patient Care Team as soon as possible.
